Richard and Billie Chabolla Scholarship

The Richard and Billie Chabolla Scholarship was established in 2013 by family and friends of Richard (Dick) Chabolla. Dick Chabolla was a life long teacher in the field of Business Education at both high school and college levels. His wife Billie was a long time worker for civic causes in Solano County and held the presidency of several civic organizations, including being the President of the Vallejo Symphony for many years.
