Nick Gentile Memorial Scholarship

The Vallejo Italian American Social Club established the Nick Gentile Memorial Scholarship in 2009 to honor the memory of Nick.

Nick Gentile was a part of the Vallejo community for many years. He operated the gentile Floor Covering Company for over 20 years. He was a prominent member of the Italian Community in Vallejo and was founder of the Vallejo Italian American Social Club in 1959. This club sponsored many fund raisers for scholarships for Italian American high school students in the Solano County area.
