The Puente Scholarship

Thanks to the generous donation from former Solano Community College Puentista Kristieen Rodriguez, Puente students are eligible to apply for a $500 scholarship. Ms. Rodriguez is also an SCC faculty member whose vision will not only benefit the Puente community college students here at SCC today, for countless years to come.
Students must be part of the Puente program.
Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units.
Students must have a 2.5 GPA.
Students must complete essay question ( 500-750 words): What does the Puente Program mean to you? How has the Puente Program impacted your academic success?
