Dr. Delphine Palm Memorial Scholarship

The Dr. Delphine Palm Memorial Scholarship is awarded in honor of Dr. Delphine Palm. She was a pediatrician in Vallejo and practiced at Children?s Hospital in Oakland for many years. She was the first female member of the Solano College Governing Board and served several terms on that Board. Dr. Palm was a strong supporter of Solano College and had a great interest in students in the nursing program.
