Du Bois Scholarship

Jeffrey J. Du Bois, M.D. has established the Du Bois Scholarship to support the next generation of SCC students who are in need of financial assistance. SCC shall have two $500 scholarships per year. Eligible candidates must be enrolled in 6 units and have a 2.5 GPA and have a unmet college financial aid need. Students in STEM majors and transfer pathways (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), including Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, and Physical Science are eligible to apply. Students in trades and vocational fields include Automotive Technology, Welding, Mechatronics, Drafting, Water/Wastewater Technology, Cosmetology, Fire Technology, and Health Sciences (CNA, Nursing) are also eligible to apply.
